How do you re-energise a 200-person call centre to bring a touch of ‘delight’ to some high-performing customer service experts?
In our recent collaboration with Love Energy Savings, we undertook the ambitious task of revitalising their office environment across five floors. This transformation was aimed at elevating the space’s overall impact and functionality. Our comprehensive approach began with meticulous spatial planning, followed by the design and implementation of a new layout. Through careful project management, we managed the fitout and construction process, ensuring a smooth transition. To further enhance the work environment, we curated a diverse range of contemporary furniture, strategically placed to create additional breakout and collaboration spaces for the team. All tied together by a full upgrade in their environmental branding including paint decorations, signage, wayfinding and wall graphics. The end result is a modern, vibrant workspace designed to enhance engagement and bring delight to the Love Energy Savings team.
